Businesswoman Anne Heraty, CEO of Cpl Resources, is guest speaker at the event on Friday 5 March, which will be chaired by ACCA Ireland chair Tara Clements. Heraty has recently agreed a €318m sale of the recruitment company she founded over thirty years ago, marking a significant milestone in her career. In an interview on the day, Heraty will share insights from her learnings, experiences and challenges throughout her career.
There will also be a discussion with ACCA Ireland panel members answering questions and sharing opinions on topics including gender bias, stereotypes, equality, and helping to broaden perceptions and fight bias.
