Large numbers of millennials, born in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and Gen Z workers reaching young adulthood in the early 21st century, plan to quit their jobs.
According to a Deloitte survey, the post-pandemic ‘great resignation’ has become a ‘great reimagination’, with younger workers in Ireland looking for companies that offer better salary/reward, work/life balance and flexibility.
