I oversee a broad spectrum of tax-related responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. This includes managing tax compliance, supporting external audits, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration, and leading special tax projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and international expansion. My work involves extensive cross-cultural communication and finance management. I collaborate with teams across different countries and navigate the complexities of diverse financial environments on a daily basis.
I started my ACCA studies in China and completed them in Ireland, partly because I had the opportunity to work here. The experience enhanced my understanding of global financial practices and expanded my professional network. ACCA’s international scope, combined with Ireland’s dynamic financial sector, has been invaluable for my career development. Through the ACCA qualification, I have also developed a strong foundation in ethical practices, cross-cultural communication and strategic decision-making, enabling me to approach my work with greater confidence and precision.

The most important business lesson I’ve learned is the value of adaptability. The finance and leasing industries are constantly evolving, and the ability to adapt to new regulations, technologies and market conditions is crucial. I enjoy outdoor activities such as running and tennis. They help me to unwind and maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life. I also dedicate time to mentoring young professionals and supporting community initiatives that promote financial literacy and education. Giving back is an important aspect of my life.
