Every March, the business community celebrates International Women’s Day with a slew of inspiring stories (as well as ‘room for diversity improvement’ messaging) about women who are breaking down barriers, and AB is no different. This month, we interview Sophia Levell ACCA, who has had a varied and non-traditional trajectory so far. As a woman with ADHD, she says she was always craving ‘that dopamine hit’ that pushes you constantly onto the next thing. ‘One of my biggest fears in life is never trying or never knowing what could have happened,’ she says.
