Moving to the public sector has been a game-changer for Jin Jiaxin FCCA. After completing finance internships in private enterprise early in her career, she then shifted into the public sector, working for Guangdong’s provincial government as the financial department’s chief accountant. In her interview, she talks about overhauling Guangdong’s accounting system, and prioritising tax reform and digital finance.
